涉农高校耕读教育实践基地建设研究

涉农高校作为培养"三农"人才的重要场所,应以新农科建设为契机,加强大学生耕读教育实践基地建设,培养更多"学农、知农和爱农"的创新型人才,为全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化作出新贡献.本文对高校现有教育基地资源进行分类,分析现阶段基地建设过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,包括开拓新实践基地、组建高素质的指导教师队伍、丰富耕读教育活动形式及加强宣传.涉农高校可从耕读教育实践基地现状及学生实际出发,加强校地合作,开设与新农科发展相适应、适合学生参与的耕读教育课程,创建特色耕读教育实践基地.
Farming and reading education practice base in agriculture-related universities
As an important place for cultivating talents in agriculture,rural areas and farmers,agricultural universities should take the construction of new agricultural science as an opportunity,strengthened the construction of practical bases for college students'farming and reading education,cultivated more innovative talents who are"learning,knowing,and loving agriculture",and maked new contributions to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the acceleration of agricultural and rural modernization.This article was based on the classification of existing educational base resources in universities,analyzed the problems existing in the current construction process of the base,and proposed corresponding solutions,including developing new practice bases,forming a high-quality guidance teacher team,enriching the forms of farming and reading education activities,and strengthening publicity.Agricultural universities should start from the current situation of agricultural education practice bases and the actual situation of students,strengthen school land cooperation,offer agricultural education courses that were suitable for the development of new agricultural science and suitable for student participation,and create characteristic agricultural education practice bases.
