基于专业认证的农科类专业人才培养质量达成度评价研究

在地方本科高校农科类专业人才培养过程中,存在部分培养目标和课程体系缺乏合理性评价、部分课程目标和毕业要求达成度不高等问题.本文对农科类专业人才培养质量达成度评价进行研究,以明确农科类专业培养目标,合理评价课程体系,构建课程目标和毕业要求达成度评价标准、评价方法及反馈机制,提升毕业要求达成度,推进专业认证工作,培养适应地方经济建设和乡村振兴发展需求的新农科人才.
Evaluation of the achievement degree of cultivating quality of agricultural professional talents based on professional certification
In the process of cultivating agricultural majors in local undergraduate universities,there were problems such as a lack of reasonable evaluation of training objectives and curriculum systems,and a low degree of achievement of curriculum objectives and graduation requirements.This article conducts research on the evaluation of the quality achievement of talent cultivation in agricultural science majors,in order to clarify the training objectives of agricultural science majors,reasonably evaluate the curriculum system,construct evaluation standards,methods,and feedback mechanisms for the achievement of curriculum objectives and graduation requirements,improve the achievement of graduation requirements,promote professional certification work,and cultivate new agricultural science talents that meet the needs of local economic construction and rural revitalization development.
