基于调研问卷的J市高素质农民教育培训对策和建议

为切实提高农民教育培训质效,以农民教育培训需求调研活动为基础,采用文献资料和调查问卷相结合的方法,分析J市的农民培训存在问题及对策.调研问卷结果表明,该地区基于农民教育培训存在农民科技文化素质、教育体制、资源配置、培训基础条件和资金投入,以及实用技术推广效果有待进一步提升优化等现状.提出了整合培训资源、规范培训程序、认真实施中等职业教育和新型农民培训项目、培训新型职业农民、强化师资队伍建设和积极谋划教育培训项目等对策,并从明确高素质农民的标准和要求,探索更加科学、合理、有效的培育培训方式,建立完善的高素质农民培育培训评估指标体系和评估方法3个方面展望未来研究方向.
Suggestions for high-quality farmer education and training in J City based on survey questionnaires
In order to effectively improved the quality and effectiveness of high-quality farmers, education and training, based on the research activities of the farmers, education and training needs carried out by the agricultural broadcasting, adopts a method combining literature review and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of farmers, training in J City. The results of the survey questionnaire indicated that there was a need to further improve and optimize the scientific and cultural literacy, education system, resource allocation, basic training conditions and funding investment of farmers in the region based on farmer education and training, as well as the effectiveness of practical technology promotion. It was proposed to strengthen government actions, increase financial investment, integrate training resources, standardize training procedures, carefully implement secondary vocational education and new farmers, training projects, train new professional farmers, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, and actively plan education and training projects. Finally, it looked forward to the future research focus from three aspects:clarifying the standards and requirements of high-quality farmers, exploring more scientific, reasonable and effective ways of cultivating and training high-quality farmers, and establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method for high-quality farmers, cultivation and training.
