This article took the improved variety of Carya illinoensis Wichita as the experimental material,and observed its fruiting yield and ability for 6 consecutive years,analyzed its introduction performance and cultivation management technology and promoted its promotion as a suitable main planting variety in Fuyang area,Anhui Province.Through observation and analysis,Wichita grew well at the trial site,had strong flowering and fruiting abilities,plump and plump nuts,high kernel yield,fewer pests and diseases,good early fruiting and high yield,and good economic benefits,making it a suitable main variety for promotion.Therefore,the excellent variety of Carya illinoensis Wichita had shown excellent performance high yield and strong stability in the Fuyang area,making it suitable for promotion and planting in Fuyang area.
