YC湖区叶绿素a时空变化特征及影响因素分析

本研究基于2021年YC湖区水质逐月监测,分析了湖区生态系统响应参数(叶绿素a)及氮、磷营养盐的时空变化特征.通过对监测数据进行多元逐步回归分析,找出与叶绿素a显著相关的环境因子,并建立多元回归方程.结果表明,湖区叶绿素a含量全年平均值变化范围5.80~46.96 μg/L,叶绿素a、总氮和总磷含量有明显的季节性差异.湖区各监测点的水质因子含量时空差异较大,湖区西湖的叶绿素a、氨氮、总氮和总磷的距平系数分别为15.6%、51.5%、15.0%和17.5%,高于中湖和东湖,总体水质从北向南,从西向东,逐渐趋好.叶绿素a含量与水温(T)、总磷(TP)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)和pH呈极显著正相关,而与透明度(SD)呈极显著负相关;进一步逐步回归分析,高锰酸盐指数、总磷和水温3个因子与叶绿素a显著相关,均表现为正相关,复相关系数为0.573.
Temporal and spatial characteristics of chlorophyll a and its influencing factors in YC Lake
Based on the monthly monitoring of water quality in YC Lake in 2021,the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of ecosystem response parameters(chlorophyll a)and nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients were analyzed.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was carried out on the monitoring data to find out the environmental factors significantly related to chlorophyll a,and the multiple regression equation was established.The results showed that the annual mean chlorophyll a content ranged from 5.80 to 46.96 μg/L.There were obvious seasonal differences in chlorophyll a,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus in the lake area.The water quality factor content of each monitoring site in the lake area had great difference in time and space.The anomaly coefficients of chlorophyll a,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus of west of the lake area were 15.6%,51.5%,15.0%and 17.5%,respectively,which were much higher than those of middle and east.Overall water quality from north to south,from west to east,gradually getting better.Chlorophyll a content was significantly positively correlated with water temperature,total phosphorus,permanganate index and pH,and significantly negatively correlated with transparency.Further stepwise regression analysis showed that three factors including permanganate index,total phosphorus and water temperature were selected,and all showed positive correlation,and the complex correlation coefficient was 0.573.
