淡水养殖排污口全过程监测体系分析

随着水产养殖业的快速发展,水产养殖污染防治监测体系的重要性日益显现,特别是水产养殖排污口已正式纳入入河排污口监测范围,因而对水产养殖污染治理和尾水排放提出了更为严格的监测要求.本文以Z省淡水养殖为主要研究对象,分析该区域淡水养殖总体概况和尾水主要排污特征,针对水产养殖排污口监测体系存在的基础薄弱、尾水监测体系待进一步完善以及排污口规范化待进一步实施等短板,从水产养殖排污口全过程监测的角度提出加强源头管控、尾水监测、排污口规范化和长效管理等建议,为水产养殖主体持续完善污染防治设施和管理提供参考,有效促进水产养殖产业绿色可持续发展.
Monitoring analysis of the whole process of freshwater aquaculture sewage outlets
With the rapid development of aquaculture,the importance of pollution prevention and monitoring in aquaculture had became increasingly prominent,especially since aquaculture discharge outlets had been officially included in the supervision scope of river discharge outlets. Therefore,stricter monitoring requirements had been put forward for aquaculture pollution control and tailwater discharge. This article took freshwater aquaculture in Z Province as the main research object,analyzed the overall situation of freshwater aquaculture in the region and the main characteristics of tail water discharge. In response to the weak foundation of aquaculture discharge outlet monitoring,incomplete tail water monitoring system,and lack of standardized discharge outlet implementation,suggestions were proposed from the perspective of the entire process monitoring of aquaculture discharge outlets,such as strengthening source control,tail water monitoring,standardized discharge outlet,and long-term management,to provide reference for the continuous improvement of pollution prevention and control facilities and management for aquaculture entities,and effectively promote the green and sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.
