Education and teaching reform of skilled talents in Guizhou's tea industry under the background of rural revitalization
The tea industry in Guizhou has developed rapidly,achieving certain results in planting scale,brand cultivation,tea quality,and export scale. There are also areas where the number of skilled talents need to be further increased and the quality of talent cultivation need to be further improved. Focused on the current development status of Guizhou's tea industry,the areas for improvement in the education and training of skilled talents in the tea industry were analyzed,the educational and teaching reform models of universities in the training of skilled talents in the tea industry were explored,including deepening school enterprise cooperation,achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages,optimizing talent training plans,strengthening the construction of curriculum and teaching systems,promoting teaching reform,and diversifying teaching models. The purpose was to provide support for cultivating skilled talents in the tea industry,assisting rural revitalization,and promoting regional economic development.
