Reform and practice of Grape Cultivation course teaching under innovative education model
This project aimed to assess the development of teachers and the success and employment of students. It analyzed the current situation of grape cultivation curriculum teaching,adjusted the goals of curriculum education and teaching reform,and explored the practice of curriculum teaching reform,including optimizing theoretical teaching content,improving teaching methods,reforming practical teaching content,exploring ideological and political elements,and improving assessment methods. Meanwhile,explored the characteristics and innovative points of curriculum reform. Through curriculum reform,a relatively reasonable curriculum teaching system had been established,and practical internship bases both on and off campus had been expanded. Grape Cultivation and Grape Protection theory course,as well as related experiments and internships,had been constructed and improved as the core of the grape science curriculum system. Practice had shown that the reformed curriculum teaching had significantly enhanced students' interest and initiative in learning,and promoted their systematic mastery of the theory and practical techniques of high-quality and high-yield wine grapes.
