生态环境治理绩效时空演变分析

通过构建生态环境治理绩效评价指标体系,测度S研究区2012—2021年的生态环境治理绩效并揭示其时空演变特征.结果表明,研究区生态环境治理绩效总体呈上升趋势;各县区在环保投入和生态环境福利方面差异较大,在生态环境质量方面差异较小;从多年平均值上来看,I区的生态环境治理绩效最高,A县的生态环境治理绩效最低.基于以上研究结论,建议从治理投资、产业升级、农业面源污染和协同治理等方面进一步提高生态环境治理绩效,促进县域生态环境治理绩效平衡发展.
Temporal and spatial evolution analysis of ecological environmental governance performance
This paper constructed an ecological environmental governance performance evaluation index system,measured the ecological environmental governance performance of the study area S from 2012 to 2021,and revealed its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics. The results showed that the ecological environmental governance performance in the study area was on the rise. There were significant differences among counties in environmental protection investment and environmental welfare,while the differences in ecological environmental quality were small;looking at the average values over the years,District I had the highest ecological environmental governance performance,and County A had the lowest ecological environmental governance performance. Based on the above research conclusions,it is recommended to further improve the ecological environmental governance performance from the aspects of governance investment,industrial upgrading,agricatural non-point source poution and collaborative governance to promote the balanced development of county ecological environmental governance performance.
