乡村振兴背景下园艺专业实践教学基地建设与探索

为提升涉农院校园艺专业大学生实践能力,适应现代农业发展需求,从师生沟通、校企匹配度和实习基地功能定位等方面入手,分析园艺专业实践教学基地建设现状.探讨具体建设思路和途径,包括突出教学质量与基地功能定位,构建培育科研成果的平台,提高农科专业学生的创新创业能力,以及提高社会效益与农业人才素质等建设思路;提出依托其他农林高校与社会力量,紧密结合园艺学科专业建设,构建"双师型"师资队伍,以及强化产学研合作等建设途径.同时,以园艺"科技小院"基地建设为实例进行分析,探讨其在提升园艺专业学生的专业素质和实践能力方面所发挥的重要作用.本研究为现代农业人才培养质量提升提供参考.
Teaching practice bases for Horticultural major under the background of rural revitalization
In order to enhance the practical ability of Horticultural major students in agricultural colleges and meet the needs of modern agricultural development,the requirements of rural revitalization development were combined,the current situation of Horticultural major teaching practice bases construction were analyzed from the aspects of teacher-student communication,school enterprise matching,and internship bases function positioning,the specific construction ideas and methods were explored,including highlighting teaching quality services and base function positioning,constructing a platform for cultivating scientific research achievements,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of agricultural college students,and improving social benefits and the quality of agricultural talents;propose to rely on other agricultural and forestry universities and social forces,closely integrate with the construction of horticultural disciplines,build a"dual teacher"teaching staff,and strengthen cooperation between industry,academia,and research.At the same time,took the construction of horticultural"science and technology small courtyard"as an example,the important role it plays in improving the professional quality and practical ability of Horticultural major students were analyzed.Provided a reference for improving the quality of modern agricultural talent cultivation.
