Practice of cultivating applied Landscape talents by integrating campus resources
Under the background of the new agricultural science, cultivating high-quality applied talents with solid professional foundations, reasonable knowledge structure, and strong innovative practical abilities is an important responsibility for talent cultivation in universities. In order to explore the path of cultivating application-oriented talents in agricultural and forestry education in universities, the cultivation model of application-oriented Landscape talents that integrates campus resources were explored and practiced, by constructing Landscape professional course groups based on the standards of the landscape industry, building a practical training base and an integrated construction for campus greening, collaborating with the university greening department to create a "dual teacher" talent cultivation model, and creating a practical evaluation mechanism the practical effectiveness of this model was analyzed. This study was beneficial for multi-dimensional and progressive efforts to align the cultivation of Landscape professionals with industry development needs, provided a reference for the cultivation of innovative and applied Landscape professionals.
