建立科学合理的水质监测网络,是保障水环境安全、有效开展水污染治理的基础.本文剖析了水质监测网络建设现状及重要性,分析了监测网络建设有待进一步改进的环节.并从重点区域监测点布设,移动监测平台建设,志愿监测点融入,以及监测点位公示制度建设等方面.提出推进水质监测网络建设的策略与路径,为城市水质监测网络优化升级,支撑精细化管理和系统治理提供参考.
Construction and optimization strategies of urban water quality monitoring network
Establishing a scientific and reasonable water quality monitoring network is the basis for ensuring water environment safety and effectively carrying out water pollution control. The current state of water quality monitoring network construction was dissected in this text,with an analysis of the aspects of water quality monitoring network construction that were in need of improvement. Strategies and pathways for advancing the construction of the water quality monitoring network were proposed from various perspectives,including the deployment of monitoring points in key areas,the construction of mobile monitoring platforms,the integration of volunteer monitoring points,and the establishment of a system for the public disclosure of monitoring points. This was done to provide a reference for the optimization and upgrade of urban water quality monitoring networks,which supports refined management and systematic governance.
