Current situation and countermeasures of post training tracking services for high-quality farmers
In order to better cultivate high-quality farmers,and improve its effectiveness of post training tracking services,the necessity of post training tracking services was analyzed,and the current situation of post training tracking services was analyzed from three levels:information communication,tracking services,and evaluation and feedback mechanisms. Targeted measures such as building a long-term information communication platform,constructing personalized and persistent tracking service support,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for tracking services were proposed to optimize post training tracking services and promote the cultivation,improvement,and efficiency of high-quality farmers.
