基于节水农业技术应用视角的江淮丘陵地区种植业高质量发展

从自然气候条件和地形地貌特征、土壤类型和蓄水保水能力、农田宜机化改造与种植业用水空间等方面,分析了影响江淮丘陵地区种植业高质量发展的因素.从节水农业技术应用的角度,立足该区域水资源特征,提出通过合理调整种植结构、推行适水种植,推广节水农艺技术、提高水肥利用率,运用综合治理措施、提升土壤蓄水保肥能力,注重创新驱动、推进测墒灌溉技术应用,完善水利设施建设、保障充足灌溉水源等措施,以推进种植业高质量发展.
High-quality development of crop production in the Jianghuai Hills region based on the application of water-saving agricultural techniques
The factors affecting the high-quality development of agriculture in the Jianghuai Hills region were analyzed from the aspects of natural climatic conditions,topographical and geomorphological features,soil types,and water retention capacity,as well as the transformation of farmland suitable for mechanization and the spatial distribution of agricultural water use. Measures such as reasonably adjusting the planting structure and implementing water-adapted planting,promoting water-saving agricultural techniques and improving the utilization rate of water and fertilizer,applying comprehensive management measures to enhance soil water and fertilizer retention capacity,focusing on innovation-driven approaches and promoting the application of soil moisture-based irrigation technology,and improving the construction of water conservancy facilities to ensure adequate irrigation water sources were proposed from the perspective of the application of water-saving agricultural technologies and based on the regional water resource endowment,in order to advance the high-quality development of agriculture.
