Application of Internet of Things technology in the production of sauce-flavored liquor
The aspects that urgently require enhancement in the production process of sauce-flavored liquor were analyzed,including the stability of product quality,production efficiency,and the capabilities of data analysis and man-agement.The application of advanced technologies at each level of the Internet of Things(IoT)in the liquor production process was discussed.Furthermore,an IoT application system architecture for the production of sauce-flavored liquor was designed,which serves as a reference for the application of IoT technology in the production of this type of liquor.
