本文分析了应用型高校工匠精神培育的必要性,即激发学生学习兴趣,增强学习专注力和培养精益求精的精神;深化产教融合,培养专业功底过硬的高素质应用型人才;培育服务于乡村振兴的工匠人才.从4个方面对具体培育路径进行探讨,包括提升师资队伍素质水平,优化培养目标和课程体系,健全校企合作模式,以及加强支农服务建设.为培育"懂农业、爱农村和爱农民"的复合型人才提供参考.
Cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among students in applied universities under the background of industry education integration
The necessity of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship was analyzed in applied universities,namely stimulating students'interest in learning,enhancing their learning focus,and cultivating a spirit of excellence;Deepen the integration of industry and education,cultivate high-quality applied talents with strong professional skills;Cultivate skilled craftsmen to serve rural revitalization.The specific cultivation path from four aspects were explored,including improving the quality level of the teaching staff,optimizing the training objectives and curriculum system,improving the school enterprise cooperation model,and strengthening the construction of agricultural support services.To provide references for cultivating inter-disciplinary talent who understand agriculture,love the countryside,and love farmers.
