烟用接装纸耐温性能测试与改进

卷烟转移类接装纸印刷精美,色泽鲜艳,市场占比较高,但其存在耐高温性能不足导致接装纸粘连的问题.本研究测试了原版转移类接装纸及其改进后材料的耐高温性能.原版接装纸耐高温性能测试结果表明,接装纸在超过一定温度后出现破损,随着温度的升高,破损等级越高;改进后材料的耐高温性能测试结果表明,改善接装纸表层油墨耐温性能够提高其耐高温性能,有助于解决因接装纸粘连导致的卷烟产品质量缺陷.研究为指导接装纸生产工艺中表层油墨的选择和改进,提升卷烟产品质量提供参考.
Testing and improvement of the temperature resistance of cigarette transfer paper
Cigarette transfer paper has exquisite printing,bright color and high market share,but there is a lack of high temperature resistance leading to adhesion of the transfer paper.The high temperature resistance of the original transfer paper and the improved material were tested.The test results of the high temperature resistance of the original transfer paper showed that the damage occurred when the loading paper exceeds a certain temperature,and the damage grade increases with the increase of temperature.The test results of high temperature resistance of the improved material showed that improving the temperature resistance of the surface ink could improve the high temperature resistance of the loading paper,and help to solve the quality defects caused by the adhesion of the loading paper.The results provide references for the selection and improvement of surface ink in the production process of loading paper and the improvement of the quality of cigarette products.
