基于职业能力培养导向的食品检测新技术课程教学模式分析

为增强职业教育适应性,以食品检验检测技术专业为研究对象,以食品检测新技术课程为例,对该课程职业能力培养及教学现状进行分析.并对职业能力培养导向下的课程教学模式进行探讨,包括教学目标(培养复合型技术技能人才)、教学核心(培养学生的职业能力)、教学内容(与职业岗位需求相适应)、教学方法(技能实训与虚拟仿真相结合)和教学评价(与职业技能等级相匹配).目的在于提升课程设置与食品行业需求的吻合度,提高学生的职业能力,培养复合型技术技能人才.
Analysis of teaching model of Food Testing New Technology course based on vocational ability training orientation
To enhance the adaptability of vocational education,the Food Inspection and Testing Technology major was taken as the research object,and the Food Testing New Technology course was taken as an example,the vocational ability training and teaching status of the course were analyzed,and the teaching model of the course was explored under the guidance of vocational ability training,including teaching objectives(cultivating composite technical skills talents),teaching core(cultivating students'vocational abilities),teaching content(adapted to the needs of vocational positions),teaching methods(combining skill training with virtual simulation),and teaching evaluation(matched with vocational skill levels).The purpose was to improve the alignment between curriculum design and the needs of the food industry,enhance students'vocational abilities,and cultivate versatile technical and skilled talents.
