产科教融合下畜牧行业研究生企业工作站建设模式探索

为培养符合社会需求的高层次人才,针对企业投入与运行、研究生与企业理念认知、企业与高校协同性以及企业研发需要与研究生科研方向4个方面,对畜牧行业研究生企业工作站现状进行分析.开展产科教融合背景下畜牧行业研究生企业工作站建设模式创新研究,对研究生工作站基本情况进行介绍,提出了运行管理制度完善,双导师工作模式建立,企业后备人才库转化,以及研产一体托管模式创新等措施,构建了研究生企业工作站协同培养育人新模式.结果表明,该方案的推行极大提升了科研项目在企业的推进,降低了企业的管理沟通成本,有效推进了研究生培养模式的创新改革,为研究生工作站在畜牧企业运行提供了新的路径参考.
Exploration of the construction model of graduate enterprise workstations in the livestock industry under the integration of obstetrics and gynecology education
To cultivate high-level talents that meet the needs of society,the current situation of graduate student enterprise workstations in the livestock industry was analyzed from four aspects:the operation and investment of enterprises,the conceptual cognition between graduate students and enterprises,the synergy between enterprises and universities,and the research and development needs of enterprises and the research direction of graduate students.Innovative research on the construction model of graduate student enterprise workstations in the livestock industry under the background of obstetrics education integration had been carried out.Basic information on graduate student workstations was introduced,improvement of operational management system,establishment of dual mentor work model,transformation of enterprise reserve talent pool,and innovation of research and production integrated custody model had been proposed,and a new collaborative training and education model for graduate student enterprise workstations had been constructed.The results indicated that the implementation of this plan had greatly improved the promotion of scientific research projects in enterprises,reduced management communication costs,effectively promoted innovative reforms in graduate training models,and provided new path references for the operation of graduate workstations in animal husbandry enterprises.
