Exploring of cultivating professional tobacco farmers based on large-scale planting
In order to promote the cultivation of new professional tobacco farmers based on the large-scale cultivation,the development and practical effects of the cultivation of new professional tobacco farmers in the research area from 2018 to 2023 were systematically analyzed taking Helongjie Street,Yousuo Town,Chengjiang City,Yuxi City,Yunnan Province as the research area.The practical showed that from 2021,the planting structure in the area tended to be stable and localized,with the average household size stable at 4.25-5.43 hm2.The average age of new professional tobacco farmers in the area decreased from 50.93 years old in 2018 to 42.30 years old in 2023,showing a younger trend overall.Since 2021,with the stable cultivation of new professional tobacco farmers,the proportion of high school education or above has been increasing,and the average years of education have increased year by year.On this basis,the factors affecting the cultivation and development of new professional tobacco farmers were analyzed,and the development strategy of cultivation of new professional tobacco farmers based on large-scale planting was proposed.The study provided a reference for cultivating new professional tobacco farmers.
