Explore on quality stability of feed additive Acremonium terricola culture
To investigate the stability of feed additive Acreosporium terricola culture,temperature(60 and 40℃),humidity(25℃,90%±5%and 75%±5%)and light(4 500±500)lx influence factor tests, accelerated tests and long-term tests were carried out to determine the content of water, crude protein and adenosine, and microbial content and determine its validity period. The results showed that after 10 days of high humidity, the water content of the sample increased significantly, while high temperature, high humidity and light had no significant change on the crude protein content of the sample, and the adenosine content of the sample decreased after 10 days of high temperature, high humidity, and strong light. In the accelerated test, the samples were stored for 6 months at temperature(40±2)℃and humidity 65%±5%,and there was no significant change in water content, protein content, and microbial index.Adenosine content decreased slightly. In the long-term test, when the samples were stored at temperature(25±2)℃and humidity 60%±10%for 24 months, the water content, protein content and microbial indexes of the samples showed no significant changes, while the adenosine content decreased slightly, but it still met the quality standard requirements To sum up,the packaging materials of Acremonium terricola culture should be selected to avoid light, storage conditions were recommended below 25℃,avoid light, sealed in a dry place, and avoid high temperature, high humidity and direct light during transportation, theproduct was valid for 12 months.
