Research on Rooting of Different Poplar Varieties Cutting
Different poplar varieties had big differences in rooting ability.A simple comparison of six poplar varieties was made ,the results showed that Huashi 1 and Zhonglin 2025 were easier rooting with mainly root cortex. While the other varieties had a large proportion of root callus ,and they were more difficult for rooting in contrast. Through comprehensive comparison ,the quality of Huashi 1 was better than that of other varieties.
