Research Advance on Application of Ion Chromatography in Detection of Tea
The recent research progress of component analysis and detection in tea via ion chromatography was summarized.Specifically,the applications of the technique in qualitative and quantitative detection of effective components in tea were discussed in details. The prospect on future in tea via ion chromatography was outlook.
