摘要

随着中医药行业的发展和中医药制取技术的进步,中药渣的产生量也与日俱增,现年产量已超过3500万t.利用好中药渣资源不仅能保护环境,降低企业支出,还能创造巨大的经济效益.本文从活性成分再提取、环境治理、作为饲料或饲料添加剂、作为有机肥料与栽培基质、作为轻工业生产原料等方面综述了中药渣传统生态经济化利用现状,从开发能源物质、膳食纤维产品、纳米纤维素类产品及复合材料等方面分析了中药渣高值化利用现状,并对中药渣综合利用进行了展望,以期为中医药产业高质量发展提供参考.

Abstract

With the development of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry and the progress of TCM preparation technology, the production of TCM residue is also increasing day by day, and now the annual output of TCM residue has exceeded 35 million tons. Making good use of TCM residue resources can not only protect the environment, reduce enterprise expenditure, but also create huge economic benefits. This paper reviewed the current situation of the traditional ecological and economic utilization of TCM residue from the aspects of active component re-extraction, environmental governance, and being used as feed or feed additive, being used as organic fertilizer and cultivation substrate, being used as raw material for light industry production. It analyzed the current situation of high-value utilization of TCM residue from the aspects of the development of energy substances, dietary fiber products, nano-cellulose products and composite materials, and prospected the comprehensive utilization of TCM residue, in order to provide references for the high-quality development of TCM industry.
