摘要

本研究将上部烟叶带茎采收烘烤(T1)与上部烟叶一次性摘叶编杆烘烤(T2)、常规采烤(CK)3种方式下烟叶产质量及采烤成本进行对比分析.结果表明:T1处理烟叶各化学指标均处于适宜范围,其烤后烟叶总植物碱显著低于常规采烤,总糖含量显著高于其他两个处理;T1处理烤后烟叶的外观质量和感官质量在3个处理中均为最优,烤后烟叶油分、柔软度、颜色和色度以及香气质、香气量均有提升;T1处理产量低于其他两个处理,但烤后烟叶均价远高于另外两个处理,每房烤烟综合效益比T2、CK分别高出1538.95、1089.40元.

Abstract

This study compared and analyzed the yield, quality, and harvesting and flue-curing cost of tobacco leaves under three treatments, including harvesting and flue-curing with stems and top leaves (T1), harvesting and flue-curing in one go with woven rods of top leaves (T2), and conventional harvesting and flue-curing (CK). The results showed that, all chemical indicators of treatment T1 were within the appropriate range, the total alkaloid of cured tobacco leaves was significantly lower than that of CK, the total sugar content was significantly higher than that of the other two treatments;the appearance quality and sensory quality of treatment T1 were the best among the three treatments, and the oil content, softness, color and chromaticity of cured tobacco leaves were improved, as well as the aroma quality and quantity; compared with the other two treatments, the yield in treatment T1 was lower, but the average price of cured tobacco leaves was much higher;the comprehensive benefit of single barn was 1538.95 yuan and 1089.40 yuan higher than treatment T2 and CK, respectively.
