长江饮用水水源地环境风险源及非点源风险定量评价

运用eCognition等软件,采用面向对象分类结合人工解译方法,获得长江泰州高港段水源地各类风险源面积、空间分布等信息.基于层次分析法和非点源风险指数进行水源地非点源风险评价.结果表明:水源地风险源类型主要有工业用地、耕地、林草地、道路、水上运输、农村居民用地、内陆水体和未利用地,且各级保护区内均有风险源存在;水源地非点源风险源主要由耕地、农村居民用地、工业用地和林草地组成,非点源风险指数为 7.1,风险隐患中等.基于卫星数据对水源地风险源的监测和评价,可为水源地风险预警和日常管理提供有力的数据支撑.
Environmental Risk Sources in Drinking Water Source Area of Yangtze River and Quantitative Evaluation of Non-point Source Risks
Using softwares such as eCognition etc.,and combining object-oriented classification with manual interpretation methods,this paper obtained information on the area and spatial distribution of various risk sources in water source area in Gaogang section of the Yangtze River in Taizhou.The results showed that the main types of risk sources in water source areas include industrial land,arable land,forest and grassland,road,water transportation,rural residential land,inland water body and unused land.Risk sources existed in all levels of protected areas.The non-point source risk sources in water source areas mainly consisted of arable land,rural residential land,industrial land,forest and grassland,with a non-point source risk index of 7.1,which belonged to moderate risk hazards.The monitoring and evaluation of risk sources in water source areas based on satellite data can provide powerful data support for early-warning and daily management of water source risk.
