Status and Prospects of Plant Phenotype Research Based on CiteSpace
This study analyzed academic papers from 1993 to 2023 based on the Web of Science(WOS)core database.Using CiteSpace software,a comprehensive analysis of plant phenotype literature was conducted, including analysis of WOS publication volume and research fields, research countries and institutions, cited journals and papers, subject terms, burst analysis of subject terms, keyword clustering, and research fronts.Additionally, this study employed tools such as the WOS database literature analysis platform and used co-citation analysis to construct a co-occurrence matrix of literature keywords, which was further subjected to cluster analysis.By constructing keyword co-occurrence matrices for three periods(1993-2003,2004-2014 and 2015-2023),the changes in subject terms across different periods were analyzed.A total of 35 657 papers related to plant phenomics research and applications were retrieved, revealing that related research on plant phenomics is currently in a phase of rapid growth. The results of cluster analysis indicated that plant phenomics focused on the following directions:fields represented by molecular biology, research grounded in modern remote sensing technology and agricultural science, and the summarization and inferential analysis of the integration of agricultural plant phenotypes with remote sensing technology.
