Research on the Coordination Mechanism of Cross-border E-commerce Supply Chain under Asymmetric Environment of Demand Information
The article focuses on the issue of information asymmetry between cross-border e-commerce companies and international logistics companies in China. In the context of demand information asymmetry,a nonlinear incentive model and Python data analysis method are used to improve the incentive mechanism by introducing incentive contracts and external observation variables. The study investigates the coordination mechanism of cross-border e-commerce supply chains. The results show that the introduction of external observation variables provides more information, reducing external uncertainties and disturbance to observation variables, improving the accurate identification of cross-border logistics service providers'efforts by cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and achieving better incentives. In extreme cases, when the newly introduced observation variables are completely correlated with external random factors, the effort level of cross-border logistics service providers can be directly confirmed through observation variables to achieve optimal incentives.Simulation data shows that cross-border e-commerce enterprises and logistics integration subcontractors need to bear certain customs clearance costs and allocate a portion of profits to subcontractors.Subcontractors and logistics integrators reduce logistics wholesale prices and provide logistics services.
