Analysis of winning characteristics of national teaching achievement Awards in vocational education:Taking the award of Anhui Vocational School in 2022 as an example
Taking the winning projects of Anhui Provincial Vocational Education National Teaching Achievement Award in 2022 as the research object,comparing the national winning projects,the vertical and horizontal comparison can be seen:the overall winning situation of Anhui Province is good,and the winning of secondary vocational category has been in the upstream level of the country;The role of teaching and research is prominent,and the achievements of teaching and research departments are affirmed.The teaching reform presents the situation of multiple coordination and through cooperation;The result cultivation field is diverse,responding to the new situation of vocational education development.However,the total number and grade of awards still need to be improved.The regions where the award results are located are too concentrated,which does not match the reform and development of vocational education in our province;The results of the topic selection planning is insufficient,the application materials are not standardized.Education departments need to play the role of overall planning and guidance,broaden the channels of communication,establish the cultivation and reward mechanism of results,and comprehensively promote the reform of vocational education and teaching in the province.
