当前,我国职教改革进入深水期,发展进入提质培优新阶段,但课堂却依旧冷清,缺乏活力.课堂没有活力,教育缺乏效果,所有改革终将归零.长期以来职教课堂是改革的盲点和短板.只有强化"课堂为王"意识,回归"以生为本"理念,创新教育模式,改进教学方法,加强课堂管理,努力打造"活力课堂",才能真正落实职教改革成果.
Create a"dynamic classroom"and implement the achievements of vocational education reform
At present,the reform of Vocational Education in China has entered a deep-water stage,and the development has entered a new stage of improving quality and excellence,but the classroom is still deserted and lack of vitality.There is no vitality in the classroom and no effect in education.All reforms will eventually return to zero.For a long time,vocational education classroom has been the blind spot and weakness of reform.Only by strengthening the consciousness of"classroom is king",returning to the concept of"student-centered",innovating education mode,improving teaching methods,strengthening classroom management,and striving to create a"dynamic classroom",can the achievements of vocational education reform be truly implemented.
