Study on the influence mechanism of workplace communication stress on employees' innovation behavior
Communication stress in the workplace is an unavoidable problem in work. However, the relationship between communication stress in the workplace and employees' innovative behavior remains unclear. Based on job demand-resource theory and social exchange theory, a double-chain mediating model of workplace communication stress on employee innovation behavior is constructed. The empirical results show that workplace communication stress has a significant positive impact on employees' innovation behavior. Specifically, workplace communication stress positively affects employees' innovation behavior through the chain mediating effect of psychological attachment and work-family gain. The conclusion of this study provides powerful practical guidance for how to enhance employees' innovative behavior.
