Review and optimization of performance-based salary distribution system in local universities under the background of high-quality education development
By examining the current implementation status of the performance-based salary distribution system in local universities,it was found that there are problems such as an imperfect performance evaluation system,insufficient internal incentives,inadequate adjustment mechanisms,and insufficient management efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design and improve the performance evaluation system;Adjust the proportion of performance-based salary structure and enhance the internal driving force of performance evaluation incentives;Improve the methods and forms of performance evaluation,and establish a sound mechanism for adjusting performance evaluation;Clarify the responsibilities of multiple stakeholders,improve the efficiency of performance-based salary management,further improve the performance-based salary distribution system in local universities,and promote the high-quality development of education.
