Research on criminal legal risk of college students'employment and entrepreneurship
The increasing number of college graduates year by year makes the problem of college students'employment and entrepreneurship more prominent.The government and colleges and universities are constantly issuing a series of policy documents to implement the strategy of college students'employment priority.However,the suspected criminal crimes in the employment and entrepreneurship of college students all remind the promotion and encouragement of relevant policies,which cannot be at the cost of ignoring legal risks and ignoring the red line of the rule of law.The common criminal risks in employment and entrepreneurship of college students are summarized and studied,the causes behind them are analyzed,and the strategies for improving the legal education and service system are proposed,so as to help college students turn passivity into initiative as much as possible,and transform the relief after the criminal legal risks in employment and entrepreneurship into prevention and avoidance in advance.
