High-quality employment in vocational colleges contributes to the development of new quality productive forces
The development of new quality productivity requires a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents,which poses a new challenge for vocational colleges to promote graduates'high-quality employment.Starting from clarifying the theory and logic of the high-quality employment of vocational college graduates to help the development of new quality productivity,this paper analyzes the practical challenges faced by them,such as the mismatch between talent demand and school supply,the uncertainty of industrial structure adjustment,the uneven distribution of regional restrictions and employment opportunities,and the inaccurate career planning and employment guidance services,and proposes to improve the matching degree between talent supply and market demand.Track and predict the development trends and trends of the industry,carry out cross-regional employment service cooperation through multiple channels,and build precise career planning and employment guidance service systems and other action paths.
