随着大数据技术的不断演进和应用领域的不断拓展,新质生产力的发展对技能人才提出了更高的要求.新质生产力与职业教育的发展具有双向互构的内在逻辑.通过分析新质生产力的内涵和特征,发现技术创新、知识共享和资源优化配置是其核心驱动力,对技能人才提出了更高的要求.因此,高职院校应通过更新和深化技术技能人才的培养理念与实践,构建服务新质生产力的职业教育体系,探索高职院校在重构教学内容体系、深化产教融合创新模式等关键环节,以便更好适应新质生产力发展对高素质技术技能人才的需求.
Exploration on the training path of technical skill talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of new quality productivity
With the continuous evolution of big data technology and the continuous expansion of application fields,the development of new quality productivity has put forward higher requirements for skilled talents.The development of new productive forces and vocational education has an inherent logic of mutual construction in both directions.By analyzing the important connotations and characteristics of new quality productivity,it is found that technological innovation,knowledge sharing,and resource optimization are its core driving forces,which put forward higher requirements for skilled talents.Therefore,vocational colleges should update and deepen the training concept and practice of technical and skilled talents,build a vocational education system that serves new quality productive forces,explore key links such as reconstructing teaching content system and deepening the integration of industry and education innovation mode in vocational colleges,in order to better adapt to the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in the development of new quality productive forces.
