摘要
采用文献资料与逻辑分析法,分析我国中小体育企业的多元价值和现实问题,并在产业经济学的基础上提出政策选择.研究发现:中小体育企业对社会具有多元价值:推动体育产业发展、满足人民体育需求、吸纳体育就业、激发体育创新.当前面临的现实问题:综合竞争力弱、融资难融资贵、要素成本上升、人力资源不足.政策选择:完善产业扶持政策、加强金融支持政策、推动财税优惠政策、改革人才培养政策.
Abstract
Using literature review and logical analysis methods,analyze the diverse values and practical problems of small and medium-sized sports enterprises in China,and propose policy choices based on industrial economics.Research has found that small and medium-sized sports enterprises have diverse values for society:promoting the development of the sports industry,meeting people's sports needs,absorbing sports employment,and stimulating sports innovation.The current practical problems we are facing include weak overall competitiveness,difficult and expensive financing,rising factor costs,and insufficient human resources.Policy choices:Improve industrial support policies,strengthen financial support policies,promote fiscal and tax preferential policies,and reform talent training policies.
