摘要
采用文献资料、问卷与实地调查、数理统计、逻辑分析法对乌鲁木齐市具有代表性的6所大型公共体育场馆进行分析研究,提出对策:保障大型公共体育场馆社会公益性,强化政策与资金扶持;准确定位体育服务类型,所有权与经营权分离,采取市场化、专业化运营管理机制,借助设备设施、地缘等优势,延伸服务建成以场馆为中心,辐射形成体育、文化、饮食、商品销售为一体的体商经济生态圈;建设现代化、网络化、智能化服务管理平台.
Abstract
Using literature review,questionnaire and field investigation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods,this study analyzes and studies six representative large-scale public sports venues in Urumqi City,and proposes countermeasures:ensuring the social welfare of large-scale public sports venues,strengthening policy and financial support;Accurately positioning the types of sports services,separating ownership and management rights,adopting market-oriented and professional operation and management mechanisms,leveraging equipment and facilities,geographical advantages,and extending services to build a sports and commercial economic ecosystem centered on venues,radiating to form sports,culture,food,and commodity sales as one;Build a modem,networked,and intelligent service management platform.
