Experimental Study on the Influence of Different Interval Small Field Competition Methods on the Physical Fitness of U17 Campus Male Football Players
In order to use methods such as literature review and experimentation to discuss the impact of different interval small field competition methods on the physical fitness of U17 campus male football players, the Delphi method was used to select 9 highly relevant test indicators for U17 campus football players. It was found that the constant and decreasing interval small field competition training methods are effective in improving the speed, strength, and flexibility of U17 campus male football players The effects of sensitivity and endurance are both significant, with P-values less than 0.05.Among them, the combination of small field competition and decreasing interval training method has a better effect on improving speed, strength, and endurance qualities.
