Study on Long-Term Development of Volunteer Service System for Large-Scale Brand Competitions Based on Value Co-Creation Theory
Based on the theory of value co-creation,the paper studies the construction of long-term development of volunteer service system for large-scale brand competitions by using the methods of literature and logical analysis.From the perspective of"service-oriented logic":volunteer service experience products and volunteer service product experience innovation;establishing standards for volunteer service in science competitions;voluntary service management mode innovation.From the perspective of"consumer experience logic":construct volunteer competency model at individual level;at the level of organization structure,the comprehensive ability system of volunteer service organizations should be constructed;work on voluntary service system innovation from the perspective of governance theory.
