An Empirical Study of the Effects of Descriptive Social Norms on Exercise Behavior in Adolescents
Through eight weeks of experimental,adolescent physical exercise behavior was measured using the Physical Activity Grade Scale and the Exercise Behavior Questionnaire.Results:The 8-week descriptive social normative intervention could promote physical exercise in teenagers,but the promotion effect of explicit exercise behavior was better than that of implicit exercise behavior.Conclusion:The experiment verified the effectiveness of descriptive social norms intervention based on boosting theory on the promotion of exercise behavior,confirmed people's irrational thinking in daily life,and enriched the theory of exercise behavior.
