描述性社会规范对青少年锻炼行为影响的实证研究

摘要
采用实验法等方法进行为期8周的实验,使用《体育活动等级量表》和《锻炼行为调查表》对青少年的体育锻炼行为进行测量.结果显示:8周的描述性社会规范干预可以促进青少年进行体育锻炼,但是对显性锻炼行为的促进效果要优于对隐性锻炼行为的促进效果.结论:实验验证了基于助推理论的描述性社会规范干预对锻炼行为促进的有效性,确证了人们在日常生活中的非理性思考,同时丰富了锻炼行为理论.
Abstract
Through eight weeks of experimental,adolescent physical exercise behavior was measured using the Physical Activity Grade Scale and the Exercise Behavior Questionnaire.Results:The 8-week descriptive social normative intervention could promote physical exercise in teenagers,but the promotion effect of explicit exercise behavior was better than that of implicit exercise behavior.Conclusion:The experiment verified the effectiveness of descriptive social norms intervention based on boosting theory on the promotion of exercise behavior,confirmed people's irrational thinking in daily life,and enriched the theory of exercise behavior.
