摘要
基于中国女排2022年世锦赛取得第6名的尴尬成绩,本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法等对中国女排攻防技术进行统计分析,以期为其提供一定建议.研究结论与建议:(1)发球方式单一,应丰富发球破攻和发球方式;(2)左右翼进攻失衡,应制定灵活的进攻战术进行弥补;(3)拦网表现不佳,应锻炼拦网意识与节奏,提高预判能力;(4)接大力发球易失误,应加强预判与脚步练习;(5)防守缺乏稳定性,建议注重防守细节.
Abstract
Based on the embarrassing achievement of the Chinese women's volleyball team to finish sixth in the 2022 World Championships,this paper uses literature method,video observation method and mathematical statistics method to statistically analyze the offensive and defensive techniques of the Chinese women's volleyball team in order to provide certain suggestions for them.Research conclusions and recommendations:(1)single serving style,while they should be enriched with serving break and serving style;(2)imbalance of left and right wing attack,while they should develop flexible attacking tactics to compensate;(3)poor blocking performance,while should exercise blocking awareness and rhythm,improve pre-setting ability;(4)receiving vigorous serving prone to errors,while they should strengthen pre-setting and footwork practice;(5)lack of stability in defense,recommended to focus on defensive details.
