摘要
采用文献分析法、问卷调查、专家调查法和数量统计法等方法针对亳州市田径后备人才运动员选材和培育现状进行研究,目的在于改革田径后备人才培养的存在之不足之处,通过多方面视角发现并解决问题,从而更好的提高亳州市青少年田径运动的发展水平,从而更好的提高亳州市中学田径运动的发展水平.
Abstract
Using methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,expert survey,and quantitative statistics,this study aims to investigate the current situation of talent selection and cultivation of reserve athletes in Bozhou City's track and field.The aim is to reform the shortcomings of talent cultivation in track and field,identify and solve problems from multiple perspectives,and better improve the development level of youth track and field sports in Bozhou City,thereby enhancing the development level of middle school track and field sports in Bozhou City.
