摘要
为了分析总结安徽省羽毛球后备人才自从2018年协会办队以后的现状与不足之处,本研究通过文献资料、实地调研、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对选取2022年安徽省青少年羽毛球锦标赛和省运会参赛青少年羽毛球中2005年-2007年3个年龄阶段进行分析研究,希望本研究为安徽省羽毛球青少年后备人才梯队建设提供理论支持.
Abstract
In order to analyze and summarize the current situation and shortcomings of reserve badminton talents in Anhui Province since the establishment of the association in 2018,this study uses methods such as literature review,field research,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics to analyze and study the selection of three groups different in agefrom 2005 to 2007 in the 2022 Anhui Youth Badminton Championships and Provincial Games.It is hoped that this study will provide theoretical support for the construction of the reserve badminton talent pool for young people in Anhui Province.
