摘要
就业形势依然严峻,体育专业人才供需失衡问题突出,提高体育专业核心竞争力是提高体育专业就业率的关键.关注"立德树人",必须要坚持就业导向育人理念,结合高职院校体育专业特点促进体育专业教学改革,提升人才培养质量,为提升高职院校体育专业学生就业率奠定坚实基础.
Abstract
At present,the employment situation is still severe,the imbalance between supply and demand of sports professionals is prominent,to improve the core competitiveness of sports majors is the key to improve the employment rate of sports majors.Focusing on"cultivating virtues and talents",we must adhere to the concept of employment-oriented education,promote the reform of physical education teaching by combining the characteristics of physical education disciplines,improve the quality of talent training,and lay a solid foundation for improving the employment rate of physical education students in higher vocational colleges.
