摘要
本研究使用基尼系数、区位熵和GIS空间分析方法,以社会公平为理念对温州市主城区的公共体育设施分布进行了评价.总结当前布局中存在问题并提出优化方案.得出:当前配置结构同质化,无法满足群众体育锻炼需求;总体空间分布相对均衡,但区域内差异明显;基本实现"15min健身圈"全覆盖,但部分街道可达性较差.因此,本研究从多元供给、区域规划、资源整合和数字化转型方面提出优化建议,完善温州市主城区公共体育设施布局.
Abstract
This research mainly uses Gini coefficient,Lorenz curve,location entropy and GIS spatial analysis method to evaluate the fairness of the distribution of public sports facilities in the main urban area of Wenzhou based on the concept of social equity,summarizing the problems in the current layout and propose corresponding optimization plans.The research has concluded that the current structure of public sports facilities in Wenzhou is homogenized and cannot better meet the needs of the masses for physical exercise;the overall spatial distribution is relatively balanced,but there are significant regional differences;the main urban area of Wenzhou has basically achieved full coverage of the"15 minute fitness circle",but some streets have poor accessibility,which is a key area for optimizing the layout of public sports facilities.Therefore,this study puts forward optimization suggestions for Wenzhou public sports facilities and improves the layout of Wenzhou public sports facilities from the aspects of joining hands with social forces,approaching needs,regional planning,resource integration and digital transformation.
