This paper mainly uses experimental method and mathematical statistics method to study the teaching effect of Feynman Technique to improve students'solid ball performance.The results show that:(1)The improvement effect of Feynman Technique on student achievement is better than that of traditional teaching method.(2)Feynman Technique can help students achieve the learning effect from passive input to active output.(3)Students in the experimental group have higher overall satisfaction with the teaching effect of Feynman Technique,which plays an important role in promoting the improvement of students'comprehensive ability.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the introduction of Feynman Technique into PE curriculum teaching,so as to promote the innovation of PE curriculum teaching mode.
