摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对数字化驱动社区体育公共服务体系建设的理论基础、价值取向及实践路径进行深度探究.研究认为:实现社区体育公共服务供给均等化、推进社区体育公共服务内容标准化、加快社区体育公共服务建设智能化等是数字化驱动社区体育公共服务体系建设的价值取向.在此基础上,进一步发掘和廓清数字化推进渗透社区领域的症结所在,试行提出强化政策落实,保障数字安全,加强人才培育,注重民生需求等纾解举措.
Abstract
Using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this study explores in depth the theoretical basis,value orientation,and practical path of the construction of a digital driven community sports public service system.The study suggests that achieving equal supply of community sports public services,promoting standardization of community sports public service content,and accelerating the intelligent construction of community sports public services are the value orientations of digital driven community sports public service system construction.On this basis,further explore and clarify the crux of the penetration of digitalization into the community field,and propose measures to strengthen policy implementation,ensure digital security,enhance talent cultivation,and pay attention to people's livelihood needs.
