运用专家访谈法、现场调查法等对我国单板滑雪平行大回转项目的体能训练进行研究.研究表明:根据平行大回转项目的体能特征和需求进行周期划分和优化,能够促进体能各训练要素之间的优化以及训练效率提升;对体能训练板块重新设计与优化,促进训练动作优化并提升训练质量;对专项体能训练手段进行创新和优化,更好地提升运动员专项竞技能力.以上构成了系统化、专项化的体能训练策略,从而为平行大回转项目的科学化训练提供参考.
Research on the Design and Optimization Strategy of Physical Training for China's Single Board Skiing Parallel Gyarados during the Beijing Winter Olympics Cycle
Using expert interviews,on-site investigations,and other methods to study the physical training of parallel large slalom events in snowboarding in China.Research has shown that cycle division and optimization based on the physical characteristics and requirements of parallel large rotation events can promote the optimization of various training elements and improve training efficiency;Redesign and optimize the physical training section to promote the optimization of training movements and improve training quality;Innovate and optimize specialized physical training methods to better enhance athletes'specialized competitive abilities.The above constitutes a systematic and specialized physical training strategy,providing reference for the scientific training of parallel large rotation projects.
