The Impact of Different Intensities of Physical Activity and Screen Entertainment Time on Sub-Health of the Neck in College Students
Using literature review and questionnaire survey methods to explore the correlation between physical activity, screen entertainment time, and sub-health of the neck in college students. The incidence of neck sub-health among college students was statistically significant in terms of gender and BMI index(P values<0.05);The entertainment time in front of the screen>2h/d is positively correlated with the sub-health and high fatigue status of the neck in girls, while high physical activity is negatively correlated with the sub-health and high fatigue status of the neck in boys(both P values<0.01).Conclusion:There is a gender difference in the incidence of sub-health in the neck;Overweight individuals are more prone to developing sub-health conditions in the neck;Moderate physical activity can slow down the incidence of sub-health in the neck of college students.
