The "one hospital and multiple districts" of public hospitals can play an important role in promoting the expansion, sinking and balanced regional layout of high-quality medical resources, but it needs to be regulated and steadily developed. This paper discusses the management of one hospital and multiple districts in public hospitals, studies the current situation of setting up "one hospital and multiple districts" in public hospitals, analyzes the existing problems in the management, and introduces the practical experience of the management of one hospital and multiple districts in a university directly affiliated hospital in Anhui province. The hospital has achieved good results by doing a good job in the top-level design of planning and development, clarifying the functional positioning of different hospital districts, promoting the layout adjustment of discipline planning, giving play to the guiding role of performance assessment, and establishing a unified and appropriate cultural concept, which can provide a reference for the construction and development of multi-hospital districts of public hospitals.
